Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely fastened to its original pallet or packaged in its original crate to prevent transit damage.
- 3.Schedule the Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a freight carrier to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned attachment for completeness, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
